What it costs

This depends on what it is you want. Contact me to discuss your requirements and I’ll give you a honest assessment of what I think the cost will be.

For a simple ‘brochure’ site, using a standard layout typical of that needed by small tourism businesses, I charge less; a typical b&b or self-catering site costs around £500 for the design and delivery of the site.

The following are additional costs

• To help you buy your own web name (e.g. www.yourbusinessname.co.uk) – cost price (approx. £9 a year)
• To host your web site for one year (minimum contract) – £100 NB this includes up to three email address e.g. fred @ yourbusinessname.co.uk
• The use of 5 photographs from the Web-Works.Biz stock photograph collection for use in your website – £100. Additional photos £30 each. (You’ll be licenced to use these photographs on the website only. Further use by negotiation.
• Extra work (writing, photography and fundamentally altering original template structure) is charged on a time-spent basis (currently £40 hour). Pete will advise you of any extra charges.
